Nadia is the main character in this story. Although she is currently on a wandering journey, she is originally a princess of New Egypt.

About her background

She first appears in Chapter 4, where her father was the king of New Egypt, but died suddenly due to a plot. Her other relatives only recognized her worth as the “Bride of Anubis,” the master (for the pilot chosen for the aircraft) of Anubis (one of the twelve giant gods who once destroyed the world, who is still revered like a god). This was due to her mother’s low status and her negative attitude toward politics and war.

At this time, the Waka Alliance and the Anti-Waka League, to which Nadia belongs, were fighting in the Seventh War of Unification, which was about African unification (see Chapters 1 to 10).

*New Egypt is part of the African continent, so it is involved in a war.

Although the war was started by the people around her, the predicament of the anti-Waka League army, which was overwhelmed by the Waka army’s resources, was made as if she were to blame as the master of Anubis.

This is because the former master of Anubis was so legendary that he was called the Sun King, but the current master, Nadia, was not able to do anything to match that.

Anubis’ Penetrating Particle Cannon Justice, which Nadia rides, is powerful enough to overturn the tide of battle with a single blow, but the burden is so great that the machine is falling apart. Even if they tried to repair it, it could not be completely repaired because it was made using lost technology, and the power it once had no longer existed.

Even so, her relatives forced her to fight Anubis, who could barely move.

Accepting the request, Bekas realizes Nadia’s situation from the leaked information and the information he obtained himself, and disguises that he has assassinated the “Bride of Anubis” to let her escape.

Then, Nadia, now free, sets out on a wandering journey with her trusty friend Sula, a mechanic.
